25 kg Powder Bag Filling & Sealing Machine

Brocano® supplies powder bag filling and sealing systems in Malaysia for businesses packing suitable powders into larger bags. This configuration is designed for 5–50kg filling applications, combining powder feeding, filling and downstream bag closing.

The system fills premade bags rather than forming bags from roll film such as Woven bag / sealing bag. The feeding arrangement, filling equipment and closing method are selected according to your powder characteristics, bag material and production requirements.

From Powder Feeding to Bag Closing

Powder is transferred to the filling hopper through a suitable feeding system. A premade bag is positioned at the filling outlet and held during filling. The filled bag is then transferred to the selected bag-closing equipment. Bag placement and transfer requirements depend on the confirmed configuration. Automatic bag picking and placement should be specified separately if required.

Choose the Right Bag and Closing Method

Please provide a sample of your intended bag, including details of any inner liner.

Heat sealing requires compatible heat-sealable material. Paper, woven and lined bags may require a different closing arrangement or additional equipment. Our team will assess a suitable solution based on the complete bag structure.
