Automatic Vertical Powder Packing Machine with Auger Filler

Brocano® supplies automatic vertical powder packing machines with auger fillers in Malaysia for suitable food and non-food powders. The system combines powder dosing with vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packaging to form bags from roll film, fill the product, and seal and cut the finished packs. The auger configuration and packaging settings are selected according to your powder characteristics, target filling weight and bag requirements. Reference filling range: 500–2,000 g, subject to powder characteristics and the selected auger configuration.

An auger filler uses a rotating screw to dispense powder into the bag formed by the packaging machine. The machine then seals and cuts the filled bag. Powder flow, bulk density and product consistency affect filling performance. Product trials help determine the suitable screw configuration and operating settings.
