Automatic Tea Bag Packing Machine — Inner & Outer Bag with Thread and Tag

Brocano® supplies automatic tea bag packing machines in Malaysia for producing individual tea bags with thread, tag and an outer envelope.

The machine combines product dosing, inner filter bag forming and sealing, thread and tag attachment, and outer envelope packing in one integrated process. It helps reduce manual handling between packing stages.

The inner filter bag holds the tea or herbal blend for brewing. An attached thread and tag allow the tea bag to be handled during use.

The finished tea bag is packed inside a separate outer envelope. This provides space for printed branding and helps protect the inner bag during handling. Barrier performance depends on the selected outer packaging material and seal quality.
