Automatic Irregular Shape Liquid & Paste Sachet Packing Machine

Brocano® supplies automatic irregular shape sachet packing machines in Malaysia for suitable liquids and pastes. This machine combines filling, four-side sealing and shaped cutting to produce sachets with a customised outline.

It is suitable for businesses looking for distinctive single-use packaging. The filling system, sealing arrangement and cutting tooling are selected according to the product, required fill quantity and proposed sachet design.

Four-Side Sealing with Shaped Cutting

The machine fills and seals compatible packaging film, then cuts the sachet into the approved shape using matched tooling. The proposed design must provide sufficient space for filling and reliable sealing. Available shapes, dimensions and opening features depend on the selected tooling, film and product characteristics.
