Brocano® supplies automatic pyramid tea bag packing machines in Malaysia for suitable tea leaves, herbal blends and dried fruit tea ingredients. The featured system combines a four-head electronic weighing unit with automatic bag forming, filling, sealing and cutting.

The weighing and feeding configuration is selected according to your product characteristics, target weight per bag and production requirements.

Pyramid-style tea bags provide a three-dimensional shape for presenting suitable tea leaves and blends. The bag size and filling quantity should leave sufficient room for the contents during brewing.

Flat tea bag packaging can also be assessed according to the selected configuration. Please provide your preferred sample so we can confirm the required bag format, filter material and changeover requirements.

Large leaves, bulky flowers, sticky fruit pieces and fine particles require assessment before machine selection. Blends containing ingredients of different sizes and densities may need trials to check feeding and portion consistency.

Electronic weighing controls the portion weight; it does not by itself guarantee an exact ingredient ratio in every mixed tea bag.

The filter material must match the machine’s sealing method and the intended brewing conditions.
