Brocano® Single-Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine removes air from compatible prefilled bags and heat-seals the bag opening inside a vacuum chamber. Operators load the bags, start the packaging cycle and remove the finished packs. Tabletop and floor-standing configurations are available according to product dimensions, bag size and required output.

Suitability depends on product characteristics, bag material and chamber clearance. Products containing free liquid, loose powder or sharp edges require assessment before confirming the configuration.

Two sealing bars do not necessarily mean two bags per cycle. The number of bags depends on bag width, product dimensions and the available chamber space.

Specifications vary by model and configuration. Final chamber clearance, usable sealing length, bag compatibility and available customisation will be confirmed in your quotation.
Cycle time is not the number of packs produced per minute and excludes any additional operator handling time. Actual output depends on bags per cycle, product characteristics, vacuum settings and loading arrangements. Sealing bar length should not be treated as the maximum product length.

Product filling is a separate operation. Gas flushing, printers and other accessories are included only when specified in your quotation.
