Brocano® Rice & Grain Vacuum Packaging Machine removes air from compatible prefilled bags and heat-seals the bag openings inside a vacuum chamber. It is designed for suitable rice, grains and similar products, with the chamber and sealing arrangement selected according to your pack dimensions. Operators fill and position the bags before starting the packaging cycle. Final pack shape depends on the bag, product and any forming accessories included in the configuration.

Suitability depends on product characteristics, particle size, bag material and pack weight. Fine powders, sharp particles and products that may enter the vacuum system require assessment before confirming the configuration.

Chamber dimensions do not represent unrestricted usable pack dimensions. Two sealing bars do not necessarily mean two bags per cycle. Actual output depends on bag arrangement, product volume, vacuum settings and operator handling.

Weighing, filling and bag-forming equipment are separate unless included in your quotation. A rectangular or brick-shaped finished pack may require suitable bags, supports or forming accessories.
