Brocano® External Vacuum & Gas-Flushing Packaging Machine evacuates compatible prefilled bags through an external vacuum arrangement and heat-seals the bag opening. A gas-flushing function is available according to the selected configuration and packaging requirements.
The product remains outside a vacuum chamber during processing. Operators position the filled bag and its opening at the working area, with product support and sealing height assessed for the application.

Suitability depends on bag material, filled-pack dimensions, product characteristics and the required vacuum or gas process. Products containing free liquid, fine powder or sharp edges require assessment before confirming the configuration.

Sealing length is not the maximum product length. Usable bag width, product support and working clearance must be assessed together. Actual output depends on bag volume, product characteristics, vacuum and gas settings, sealing time and operator handling.
