Brocano® Double-Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine removes air from compatible prefilled bags and heat-seals the bag openings inside a vacuum chamber. Its two workstations share a movable chamber cover, allowing operators to prepare one side while the other completes its packaging cycle. This arrangement supports repeated batch packing with manual product loading and unloading. Machine selection depends on product dimensions, bag size and required output.

Cycle time is not the number of packs produced per minute. Actual output depends on bags per cycle, product characteristics, vacuum settings and operator handling. The two workstations operate alternately and should not be assumed to vacuum-pack simultaneously.
Prepare Filled Bags → Load First Workstation → Vacuum & Heat Sealing → Move Cover to Second Workstation → Unload & Reload First Workstation
The cover-handling procedure and operating sequence are confirmed for the supplied configuration. Product filling, gas flushing and other accessories are included only when specified in your quotation.
