Irregular Shape Powder Sachet Packing Machine
Brocano® supplies shaped powder sachet packing machines in Malaysia for filling suitable powders into customised sachet shapes. The machine combines powder dosing, film forming, sealing and shaped cutting, with the filling system and tooling selected according to your product and packaging design. The configuration shown features stainless steel construction, PLC control and touchscreen operation. Different models and configurations are available according to filling quantity, sachet dimensions and required output.

Filling capacity depends on powder bulk density and flow characteristics. Sachet dimensions and filling weight must be assessed together; not every combination within the listed ranges is achievable. Actual output depends on filling quantity, sachet design, film and machine settings. Compressed air requirements are confirmed according to the selected equipment.
