Automatic Carton Sealer (Small & Low-Profile) - BC-CS-1MA-Y
Brocano® Small & Low-Profile Carton Sealer is designed to apply tape to suitable small and low-height corrugated cartons. Operators manually adjust the machine to the carton size, fold the carton flaps and feed the loaded carton into the machine. Different configurations are available according to carton dimensions and loaded weight. The low-profile reference configuration supports cartons from 40 mm in height, subject to carton assessment.

Suitability depends on carton dimensions, weight, rigidity and flap alignment. Carton samples should be assessed before confirming the configuration.

Specifications vary by model and configuration. Selected options can be customised according to your carton and packing requirements. Final specifications and available customisation will be confirmed in your quotation.
Conveyor speed is not the number of cartons sealed per minute. Actual output depends on carton length, spacing and operator feeding speed. Carton dimensions and loaded weight must be assessed together; the minimum height does not mean every carton design at that height is compatible.

Operators prepare the carton flaps before feeding. Automatic flap folding and automatic size adjustment are not included in the reference configuration. Conveyors and other accessories are supplied according to your quotation.
