Choose the Right Carton Sealing Configuration
- Centre-Seam Sealing: Applies tape along the top and bottom centre seams, according to the selected configuration.
- Automatic Flap Folding: Folds suitable top flaps before tape sealing.
- Side & Edge Sealing: Seals compatible side openings or adds tape to carton edges. Complete H-sealing requires a suitable combination of equipment.
- Water-Activated Paper Tape Sealing: Uses compatible gummed paper tape, with manual or automatic flap-folding configurations available.
Carton size adjustment may be manual, pneumatic or automatic, depending on the machine. Automatic flap folding and automatic size adjustment are separate functions. Mixed-size carton processing must be assessed for the selected configuration.
