Automatic Carton Sealer with Pneumatic Size Adjustment
Brocano® Automatic Carton Sealer with Pneumatic Size Adjustment applies adhesive tape to suitable loaded corrugated cartons. Pneumatic adjustment accommodates carton width and height within the selected machine’s operating range, while powered belts convey cartons through the sealing section. Operators or upstream equipment prepare the carton flaps before feeding. The size-adjustment sequence and suitability for different carton sizes are confirmed according to the selected configuration.

Conveyor speed is not the number of cartons sealed per minute. Actual output depends on carton length, spacing, adjustment time and feeding arrangements. Carton dimensions and loaded weight must be assessed together. Pneumatic size adjustment does not by itself confirm suitability for randomly mixed carton sizes. Please specify your feeding sequence so our team can assess the required operation.

The adjustment and feeding sequence will be confirmed for the selected configuration. Automatic flap folding is not included in the reference configuration. Conveyors and other accessories are supplied according to your quotation.
