Automatic Powder Sachet Packing Machine β Back Seal
Brocano® supplies automatic back-seal powder sachet packing machines in Malaysia for packing suitable powders into individual portion packs. The machine forms film into a sachet with a longitudinal back seal, fills a measured powder portion, then seals and cuts the pack.
The configuration shown uses a servo-controlled auger filler. Different models and configurations are available according to powder characteristics, filling weight, sachet dimensions and required output.

Filling weight depends on powder bulk density and auger selection. Sachet dimensions and filling quantity must be assessed together; maximum values should not be assumed achievable simultaneously.
Actual output depends on powder behaviour, filling quantity, sachet size, film and machine settings. Film compatibility and compressed air requirements must be confirmed for the selected equipment.
