Automatic Vertical Powder Packing Machine with Auger Filler
Brocano® supplies automatic vertical powder packing machines with auger fillers in Malaysia for suitable food and non-food powders. The system forms bags from roll film, dispenses measured powder portions, then seals and cuts the finished packs.
The reference arrangement includes an auger filler, screw powder feeder and finished-pack conveyor. Equipment selection depends on powder characteristics, target filling weight, bag dimensions and required output.

The packaging machine and auger filler have separate specifications. Complete-system output depends on the slower operating stage and the actual product, filling weight, bag size and film.
Filling weight depends on powder bulk density and screw selection. Maximum bag dimensions and filling weight should not be assumed achievable simultaneously. The dimensions listed above do not represent the complete installed system.
