Automatic Irregular Shape Liquid & Paste Sachet Packing Machine (Four-Side Seal Shaped)
Brocano® supplies four-side seal shaped sachet packing machines in Malaysia for suitable liquids and pastes. The machine combines product dosing, filling, four-side sealing and shaped cutting to produce individual sachets according to the approved packaging design. The configuration shown features SUS304 stainless steel construction, piston filling, PLC control and touchscreen operation. Filling equipment, sachet tooling and optional functions are selected according to your product and production requirements.

Suitability depends on viscosity, filling temperature, flow behaviour and any particles present. Product samples are recommended to assess filling and sealing suitability.

Sachet dimensions and filling volume must be assessed together. Actual output depends on product viscosity, filling volume, sachet design, film and machine settings. Packaging film must be compatible with the product, sealing process and cutting tooling. Changes to the sachet design may require replacement tooling.
