Two-Lane Liquid Sachet Packing Machine
Brocano® supplies two-lane liquid sachet packing machines in Malaysia for filling suitable liquid products into individual four-side-seal sachets. The machine combines film forming, liquid dosing, sealing and cutting in a two-lane packaging arrangement. The configuration shown features SUS304 construction, liquid-pump dosing and photoelectric print registration. Different models and configurations are available according to your product, filling quantity, sachet dimensions and required output.

Suitability depends on viscosity, filling temperature, foaming and any particles present. Thicker products may require a different dosing arrangement.

Actual output depends on filling volume, product behaviour, sachet size, film and machine settings. Anti-leakage performance and film compatibility must be assessed for the product. Compressed air requirements depend on the selected equipment.
