Continuous Belt Vacuum Packaging Machine

Brocano® Continuous Belt Vacuum Packaging Machine processes suitable prefilled bags using a conveyor belt and an automatically opening and closing vacuum chamber cover. After each vacuum-sealing cycle, the belt transfers finished packs towards the discharge end and positions the next batch for processing. The machine operates in repeated cycles rather than uninterrupted vacuum sealing. Sealing arrangements and conveyor settings are selected according to bag dimensions, product characteristics and required output.

Cycles per minute are not the number of bags packed per minute. Actual output depends on bags per cycle, vacuum settings, product characteristics and loading arrangements. Chamber dimensions and sealing-bar length do not represent unrestricted usable product or bag dimensions.

Operators prepare and position bags unless additional feeding equipment is included. Gas flushing, automatic product filling and other functions are supplied only when specified in your quotation.
