Brocano® Semi-Automatic Cartoning Machine is designed for placing suitable products into folding cartons and closing the carton flaps. Its vertical rotary design combines manual carton placement and product feeding with machine-assisted folding and closing.
It is suitable for smaller production batches and businesses handling different carton sizes. Size changeovers may require adjustments and suitable change parts.

- Semi-Automatic Operation: Operators manually position cartons and supply products, while the machine completes the configured folding and closing steps.
- Vertical Rotary Design: Moves cartons through a series of stations for loading, flap folding and finished carton discharge.
- Carton Flap Folding & Closing: Handles upper and lower carton flaps according to the supported carton design.
- Batch Coding Function: Includes a carton coding step in the reference configuration.
- Different Carton Sizes: Supports size changes within the selected machine’s operating range, with adjustments or change parts where required.
