Brocano® Semi-Automatic Hot Melt Glue Carton Closing Machine is designed to close suitable preloaded cartons using hot-melt adhesive. Operators manually load products into cartons, prepare the carton flaps and place the cartons onto the infeed conveyor.
The machine then conveys the cartons through glue application, flap closing and compression before discharging the finished cartons. It does not automatically open empty cartons or insert products.

Suitability depends on carton dimensions, flap design, board material, adhesive compatibility and product weight. Carton samples should be assessed before confirming the configuration.

Actual output depends on manual feeding speed, carton design, adhesive requirements and machine settings. Carton dimensions must be assessed together; maximum dimensions should not be assumed to apply simultaneously.
For cartons below 30 mm in height, an easy-tear opening at the glued closure is not recommended for the reference configuration.
