Carton Edge Sealer / H-Sealing System

Brocano® Carton Edge Sealer applies adhesive tape to selected edges of suitable corrugated cartons. It is used after carton preparation and can be paired with a compatible centre-seam carton sealer to create an H-pattern sealing system. Operators manually adjust the machine for the carton size. Powered belts and a pneumatic carton-transfer mechanism convey suitable cartons through the edge-sealing section.

Specifications vary by model and configuration. A complete H-sealing system includes additional equipment and requires separate confirmation of total power, floor space and operating requirements.

Conveyor speed is not the number of cartons sealed per minute. Actual output depends on carton dimensions, transfer time, spacing and machine settings. Carton dimensions and loaded weight must be assessed together.
