Automatic Flap Folding Carton Sealer

Brocano® Automatic Flap Folding Carton Sealer folds the top flaps of suitable loaded corrugated cartons before tape sealing. It reduces manual flap folding and can connect to compatible conveyors for an integrated packing process. Belt-drive and powered-roller configurations are available according to carton dimensions, loaded weight and required output. Cartons must arrive centred, correctly spaced and stable for the folding and sealing process.

Automatic flap folding does not necessarily include automatic size adjustment. The changeover method, tape-sealing arrangement and conveyor scope will be confirmed for the selected configuration.
