Brocano® Automatic Strapping Machine with Top Press uses a pneumatic top press to hold suitable stacked products in position during strapping. Once the bundle is positioned and the cycle is triggered, the press holds the stack while the machine feeds, tensions, joins and cuts the PP strap.
The top press helps keep layers aligned during the strapping cycle. Machine selection depends on the bundle dimensions, stack stability, required strap tension and how much compression the product can tolerate.
