Brocano® Tabletop Paper & OPP Banding Machine wraps a band around suitable products or bundles and joins the overlapping ends. Operators position the product in the arch, and the machine completes the banding cycle.
Choose a configuration according to your product dimensions, preferred band material and required tension. A top-press configuration is available to hold suitable stacks in position during banding.

Actual throughput depends on product positioning, handling and the number of bands per bundle. Final arch clearance, band and roll specifications, mounting arrangement and any air requirements are confirmed for the quoted configuration.
Prepare Bundle → Position Product in Arch → Apply Top Press Where Selected → Wrap, Join & Cut Band → Remove Finished Bundle

Send us your product photos, bundle dimensions (L × W × H), preferred band material and width, and target bundles per hour. If the product is sensitive to pressure or the stack tends to shift, include a sample so we can assess the tension and top-press setup.
