Brocano® supplies automatic vertical packing machines with linear weighers for weighing and packing suitable granular and solid products. The system measures product portions, forms bags from roll film, fills the product, then seals and cuts the finished packs. The configuration shown uses a four-head weighing system, PLC control and touchscreen operation. Different models and configurations are available according to your product, target pack weight, bag dimensions and required output.

Suitability depends on product size, flow, bulk density, fragility and surface condition. Sticky, wet or irregular products may require a different feeding or weighing arrangement.
