Automatic Vertical Packing Machine with Multihead Weigher

Brocano® supplies automatic vertical packing machines with multihead weighers for weighing and packing suitable granular and solid products. The multihead weigher selects a combination of weighed portions close to the target pack weight, then discharges the product into the packing machine. The reference system combines a ten-head combination weigher with a vertical form fill seal machine. Feeding equipment, support platforms and conveyors are selected according to the product and production layout.

Suitability depends on product size, flow, bulk density, fragility and surface condition. Sticky, wet or difficult-flowing products may require a different feeding or weighing configuration.
