Brocano® supplies automatic rotary premade pouch packing machines for suitable solid products, granules, powders, liquids and pastes. The machine opens ready-made pouches, receives product from a compatible filling system, then seals and discharges the finished packs. The feeding and dosing equipment is selected according to your product characteristics, target filling quantity, pouch format and required output. A multihead weigher is one available configuration, not a requirement for every application.

Actual output depends on pouch handling, product feeding, filling quantity, sealing requirements and machine settings. Pouch dimensions, product volume and filling equipment must be assessed together. The listed reference values should not be treated as complete-system requirements for every filling configuration.

Zipper opening, coding, product settling, conveyors and other accessories depend on the selected configuration. This machine uses compatible premade pouches; it does not manufacture the pouches.
