Brocano® Thermoforming Vacuum Packaging Machine forms packaging cavities from compatible lower roll film, then seals them with an upper film after product loading and vacuuming. The finished packs are cut and discharged according to the selected tooling layout. Packaging dimensions, forming depth, film structure and loading arrangements are selected according to your product and production requirements.

Suitability depends on product dimensions, temperature, liquid content, pressure sensitivity and film compatibility. Product samples and the required pack design should be assessed before confirming the configuration.

Actual output depends on packs per cycle, forming and vacuum time, product loading and film characteristics. Film widths and index length are tooling-related reference values and should not be treated as finished-pack dimensions.
Lower Film Feeding → Pack Forming → Product Loading → Upper Film Positioning → Vacuum & Heat Sealing → Cutting → Finished Pack Discharge
Product loading is manual unless suitable feeding or filling equipment is included. Rigid-film forming, skin packaging, printed-film registration and other special functions require separate configuration confirmation.
