Brocano® provides end-of-line packaging solutions, from carton preparation and sealing to pallet wrapping. We recommend individual machines or integrated equipment according to your products, carton sizes, pallet loads, available space and required output.
Product loading and palletising can be handled manually or through suitable automation, depending on your production requirements.

Prepare suitable corrugated cartons with automatic opening, bottom-flap folding and tape or hot-melt glue bottom sealing. Automatic size-adjustment configurations are available for selected applications.

Carton Sealing
Seal loaded cartons using equipment matched to your packing process. Options include manual or automatic top-flap folding, centre-seam taping, edge sealing and water-activated paper tape configurations.

Pallet Wrapping
Apply stretch film around suitable palletised loads. Choose from turntable, weighing-scale, conveyorised, rotary-arm or mobile robot configurations, with selected automatic film-handling and top-sheet options.

Start with One Machine or Connect Your Packing Process
You can begin with equipment for a specific task or discuss a connected packing layout. Our team will assess carton transfer, conveyor heights, machine capacity and operator requirements.
Automatic operation at one station does not mean the entire line is fully automated. Product loading, palletising and pallet transfer arrangements are confirmed separately.
