Brocano® supplies steam shrink tunnels in Malaysia for shrinking pre-applied sleeve labels around bottle bodies and necks. The system uses adjustable steam distribution to help labels follow the container’s shape for a neat presentation.
How It Works
A sleeve label is placed around the bottle before entering the tunnel. As the conveyor carries the bottle through the steam chamber, the label shrinks around the container. The tunnel performs label shrinking. Label application requires a separate sleeve labelling machine or a suitable manual process.

- Post-Shrink Water Removal - A blower system helps remove surface water droplets after shrinking. Blowing angle and position can be adjusted.
