Fully Automatic Carton Erector Machine (With One-Click Robot) - BC-CE25-Y
Brocano® Automatic Carton Erector with One-click Robot opens suitable flat-folded corrugated cartons, folds the bottom flaps and applies tape to seal the bottom. The formed carton remains open at the top for product loading. When changing carton sizes, operators select the corresponding preset program on the touchscreen, and the machine automatically adjusts to the selected carton size. This helps simplify changeovers for businesses handling multiple carton sizes.

Suitability depends on carton dimensions, board thickness, fold quality and bottom-flap design. Carton samples should be assessed before confirming the configuration.

Actual output depends on carton size, board quality and machine settings. Carton dimensions must be assessed together; maximum dimensions should not be assumed to apply simultaneously.
Automatic size adjustment refers to changeovers between selected carton sizes. Random mixed-size carton processing is a separate requirement and must be assessed before purchase.

Operators replenish cartons and tape and complete the required checks during changeovers. Product loading and final top sealing require separate equipment unless included in an integrated system.
