Automatic Carton Erector β Tape / Hot Melt Glue Bottom Sealing
Brocano® Automatic Carton Erector opens suitable flat-folded corrugated cartons, folds the bottom flaps and seals the bottom using tape or hot-melt glue, depending on the selected configuration. The formed carton remains open at the top for product loading. The machine can operate as part of a carton preparation station or connect to suitable conveyors and downstream packing equipment. Carton size changes require machine adjustments according to the selected configuration.

Actual output depends on carton size, board quality and machine settings. Carton length, width, height and flap dimensions must be assessed together. Size changeovers require adjustments; this configuration should not be assumed to process randomly mixed carton sizes.

Product loading and final top sealing are separate operations unless included in an integrated system. Tape and hot-melt glue systems are alternative configurations; please refer to your quotation for the equipment included.

If connecting to an existing line, include the conveyor height, required discharge direction and available floor space.
