Salad & Fresh Produce Weighing and Packing Machine

Brocano® supplies weighing and packing systems for suitable salad leaves, bean sprouts and selected fresh produce. The system combines product feeding, weighing and packaging equipment selected according to your product characteristics, target pack weight and required output.

The reference arrangement uses a multihead weigher with a vertical bag-forming machine. Feeding surfaces, weighing hoppers, discharge arrangements and packaging equipment are assessed according to the actual product.

Suitability depends on product shape, bulk density, surface moisture, fragility and the tendency to stick or bridge during feeding. Product samples are recommended for assessment.

Actual performance depends on product feeding, weighing cycles, target weight, bag size and sealing requirements. Bulky produce may reach the available hopper or bag volume before the stated weight limit. Equipment dimensions and power listed above do not represent the complete installed system.

Washing, drying, trimming and other preparation processes are separate unless specifically included. Additional packaging functions, including air removal or gas flushing, must be assessed and confirmed in the quotation.

Include the product’s condition at packaging, such as washed, dry, wet or chilled. Provide film details, expected finished-pack photos and available floor space if possible.
