Brocano® supplies automatic rotary vacuum premade pouch packing machines for suitable products requiring pouch filling, vacuum processing and heat sealing.
The machine uses compatible ready-made pouches and combines pouch loading, opening, product filling, transfer, vacuum sealing and finished-pack discharge. Feeding and dosing equipment is selected according to your product and packaging requirements.

Suitability depends on product behaviour under vacuum, moisture, temperature, fragility and pouch compatibility. Foamy, dusty or easily compressed products require additional assessment.

Specifications vary by model and configuration. Selected options can be customised according to your product and packaging requirements. Final filling range, vacuum requirements, utilities and equipment included will be confirmed in your quotation.
Actual output depends on pouch handling, filling quantity, vacuum cycle, sealing requirements and machine settings. Pouch dimensions and product volume must be assessed together. The reference figures should not be treated as complete-system requirements for every filling configuration.

Vacuum-compatible pouch materials and seal areas must be assessed for the product. Product feeders, dosing equipment, liquid-addition devices, cooling systems and conveyors depend on the selected configuration.
Vacuum packaging does not by itself establish a product’s shelf life or replace required storage conditions.
