Liquid Sachet Packing Machine (Irregular Shape for top)

Brocano® supplies shaped liquid sachet packing machines in Malaysia for filling suitable liquids, gels and flowable pastes into customised sachet shapes. The machine combines filling, film forming, sealing and shaped cutting, with the filling arrangement and tooling selected according to your product and packaging design.

The configuration shown features stainless steel construction, PLC control and touchscreen operation. Different models and configurations are available according to filling volume, sachet dimensions and required output.

Filling suitability depends on product viscosity, temperature and flow characteristics. Sachet dimensions and filling volume must be assessed together; not every combination within the listed ranges is achievable. Actual output depends on filling volume, product behaviour, sachet design, film and machine settings. Compressed air requirements are confirmed according to the selected equipment.
