Two-Lane Liquid Sachet Packing Machine
Brocano® supplies two-lane liquid sachet packing machines in Malaysia. This configuration provides two-lane output and uses a liquid pump filling system. The machine forms, fills, seals and cuts individual sachets from compatible packaging film.
The two-lane arrangement can be assessed according to your required production output, filling quantity and sachet dimensions. Actual throughput depends on the product, film and operating settings.
Liquid Filling Configuration
The liquid pump arrangement is designed to help control dripping during filling. Product trials may be needed to assess viscosity, foaming, filling consistency and seal cleanliness.
