Brocano® High-Speed Automatic Cartoning Machine is designed to open folding cartons, insert suitable products and close the carton flaps for higher-output production requirements.
Product feeding, leaflet insertion and carton closing arrangements are selected according to your product, carton design and required output. Manual product placement or connection to suitable upstream equipment may be required, depending on the configuration.

Key Features
- Higher-Output Cartoning: The reference configuration has a listed operating speed of 90–150 cartons/min, subject to product and packaging conditions.
- Automatic Carton Opening: Opens compatible folding cartons and transfers them to the product insertion station.
- Product & Leaflet Insertion: Supports product loading and leaflet insertion according to the selected feeding configuration.
- Carton Closing Configuration: Tuck-in and hot-melt glue arrangements should be confirmed according to your carton design and selected equipment.
- PLC & Touchscreen Control: Provides access to machine operation and production settings.
- Production Line Integration: Suitable feeding conveyors and upstream or downstream equipment can be assessed for an integrated packaging setup.

Actual output depends on product characteristics, feeding consistency, carton quality, leaflet requirements and machine settings. Carton dimensions must be assessed together; maximum length, width and height should not be assumed to apply simultaneously.
