Automatic Horizontal Flow Pack Machine – BC-FP100WH-Y

Brocano® supplies an automatic horizontal flow pack machine in Malaysia for suitable rectangular and tray-supported products. The machine performs film feeding, wrapping, sealing, cutting and finished-pack discharge, with a stated packaging speed of 80–100 packs per minute, depending on the actual product and film. It features SUS304 stainless steel construction, PLC control and touchscreen operation. Product loading and upstream feeding arrangements should be confirmed according to your production requirements.

Suitability depends on product dimensions, shape, stability, film compatibility and feeding requirements. Loose or delicate products may require additional support or a dedicated feeding arrangement.

Product dimensions must be assessed together. Maximum length, width and height should not be assumed to apply simultaneously. Film structure, thickness and sealing compatibility must be confirmed for the application. Actual output depends on product handling, feeding arrangements, film and machine settings.
