Brocano® supplies an automatic ice cream flow pack machine in Malaysia for individually wrapping suitable ice cream bars and ice lollies in compatible packaging film. The machine performs film feeding, wrapping, longitudinal sealing, end sealing and cutting, followed by finished-pack discharge. The stated packaging speed is up to 60 packs per minute, depending on the actual product. Product loading, orientation and upstream feeding arrangements should be confirmed according to your production requirements.

Product dimensions must be assessed together. Maximum length, width and height should not be assumed to apply simultaneously. For products with sticks, provide the complete product dimensions and stick projection for assessment. Film structure, thickness and sealing compatibility must be confirmed for the application. Actual output depends on product condition, feeding arrangements, film and machine settings.
