Brocano® supplies a POF shrink flow pack machine in Malaysia for wrapping suitable products in compatible POF shrink film. The machine performs film feeding, wrapping, sealing, cutting and finished-pack discharge, with a stated packaging speed of up to 60 packs per minute, depending on the product and film characteristics. It features SUS304 stainless steel construction, PLC control and touchscreen operation. Pair it with a compatible heat shrink tunnel to shrink the film around the product. Product loading and upstream feeding arrangements depend on the selected configuration.
Suitable Products & Applications
- Rectangular or regularly shaped products (gourd vegetables)
Small or loose products require a suitable tray or support arrangement. Suitability depends on product dimensions, stability, film compatibility and tolerance of the heat shrinking process.

Product dimensions must be assessed together. Maximum length, width and height should not be assumed to apply simultaneously. Actual output depends on product handling, feeding arrangements, film and machine settings. Complete-system output also depends on the selected shrink tunnel and the shrinking conditions required.
