Automatic Turntable Pallet Stretch Wrapper (Pre-stretch)
Brocano® Turntable Pallet Stretch Wrapper applies stretch film around suitable palletised loads while the turntable rotates. A powered pre-stretch carriage stretches the film before application, while the film carriage travels vertically to wrap the load. Configurations are available with automatic film cutting, remote start and automatic film attachment. Equipment is selected according to your pallet dimensions, loaded weight, load stability and wrapping requirements.

Suitability depends on the pallet footprint, total weight, load height, centre of gravity and stability during rotation. Unstable loads should be assessed before selecting a turntable wrapper.

Top-Pressure option: A selected configuration uses a top pressure plate to help stabilise suitable loads during turntable wrapping. The load must have a top surface capable of accepting the applied pressure.
Model availability and included functions will be confirmed in your quotation. Both configurations require suitable equipment to place and remove pallets from the turntable.

Other turntable diameters and mast heights are available on selected configurations. Final pallet compatibility, installation dimensions and available customisation will be confirmed in your quotation.
Turntable speed is not the number of pallets wrapped per hour. Actual output depends on loading and unloading time, load height, wrapping layers and machine settings. Maximum load capacity does not mean every pallet shape or weight distribution is suitable.

Film attachment and cycle-start methods depend on the selected model. Loading ramps, weighing systems, conveyors and other accessories are included only when specified in your quotation.

Send us your loaded pallet dimensions (L × W × H), total weight, product photos and required pallets per hour.
Please indicate whether pallets will be loaded by forklift or pallet truck, and whether you need remote start, automatic film attachment or a loading ramp.
