Mobile Robot Pallet Stretch Wrapper
Brocano® Mobile Robot Pallet Stretch Wrapper is a semi-automatic, battery-powered machine that travels around a stationary palletised load to apply stretch film. It provides flexibility in wrapping location without requiring a fixed turntable. Operators position the machine, prepare the film and start the wrapping cycle according to the operating procedure. Load suitability and the required travel space must be assessed before selecting the configuration.

Suitability depends on load dimensions, stability, accessible lower surfaces, floor condition and clear travel space around the pallet. The load must be suitable for the machine’s guiding and wrapping process.

Travel speed is not the number of pallets wrapped per hour. Actual output depends on load perimeter, wrapping height, film overlap, wrapping cycles and operator handling. Battery operating time depends on the application and charging conditions.
Position Machine → Attach Film → Start Wrapping Cycle → Machine Travels Around Load → Complete Film Finishing → Remove Machine
Film attachment, cutting and finishing procedures are confirmed for the selected configuration. Automatic film cutting should not be assumed unless specified in your quotation.

Please include photos of the wrapping area, floor condition and space around the pallet. Let us know whether the machine will be used at several locations.
