Rotary Arm Pallet Stretch Wrapper
Brocano® Rotary Arm Pallet Stretch Wrapper applies stretch film around a stationary palletised load using a rotating wrapping arm. Unlike a turntable wrapper, the pallet does not rotate during the wrapping cycle. It can be assessed for loads that are difficult to rotate, subject to pallet dimensions, stability and handling requirements. Conveyor integration and top-sheet coverage are available according to the selected configuration.

Suitability depends on load dimensions, stability, weight, conveyor capacity and the required operating clearance. A stationary pallet does not remove the need to assess load stability and film tension.
Key Features
- Stationary-Pallet Wrapping: Keeps the load stationary while the wrapping arm rotates around it.
- Adjustable Wrapping Operation: Arm speed and wrapping settings are selected according to the load.
- Film Carriage Height Control: Uses photoelectric detection to control carriage travel. Dark or difficult-to-detect loads may require a suitable sensor configuration.
- Automatic Film Handling: Film attachment and cutting functions are available according to the selected configuration.
- Top-Sheet Option: Selected configurations add film coverage over the top of the load.
- Line Integration & Guarding: Conveyor interfaces, guarding and operating clearances are assessed for the installation.
Model availability, wrapping height, load-handling limits and included functions will be confirmed in your quotation. Top-sheet coverage does not by itself provide a fully sealed or waterproof package.

Arm rotation speed is not the number of pallets wrapped per hour. Actual output depends on pallet transfer time, load height, wrapping layers and any top-sheet application.
