Roll-Film Back-Seal Packing Solutions

Brocano® provides roll-film weighing and packing solutions for suitable granular, solid and fresh produce products. The system weighs product portions and forms bags directly from roll film, then fills, seals and cuts the finished packs. Equipment is selected according to your product, target pack weight, bag dimensions and required output.

How the Packaging Process Works

Product Feeding → Weighing → Roll-Film Bag Forming & Filling → Back & End Sealing → Cutting → Finished Pack

The bag is formed during production, so pre-made pouches are not required.

Choosing the Equipment

For suitable portion-weighing applications, selected according to product flow, target weight and output.

• Multihead Combination Weigher

Combines weighed portions to approach the target pack weight. Feeding surfaces and hopper arrangements are selected according to the product.
