Brocano® provides shrink wrapping solutions in Malaysia for larger boxes, flat-packed products, panels and other suitable wide-format goods. We assess the sealing machine, shrink tunnel and product transfer arrangements together to suit the product’s size and handling requirements.

How the Packaging Process Works

Supported Product Feeding → Film Sealing & Cutting → Heat Shrinking → Supported Discharge

Products must remain stable and adequately supported during sealing, shrinking and discharge. Longer or heavier products may require additional conveyors or a customised handling arrangement.

Selection considers:

• Product length, width, height and weight
• Required film width and packaging finish
• Sealing capacity and usable tunnel opening
• Conveyor support and load requirements
• Available floor space and target output

A wider machine does not automatically accommodate every product. Product dimensions, weight and operating clearance must be checked against the complete configuration.
