Brocano® provides multipack and bundle shrink wrapping solutions in Malaysia for bottles, cans, boxed goods and other suitable grouped products. A sleeve sealing machine and compatible heat shrink tunnel wrap the product group in PE shrink film to form a combined pack.

How the Packaging Process Works
Product Loading & Grouping → Sleeve Sealing → Heat Shrinking → Finished Multipack
Products are arranged into the required pack format before film sealing and shrinking. Sleeve wrapping typically leaves openings at two ends of the finished pack. Pack stability must be assessed. Some applications may require a supporting tray or additional product-handling equipment.
Semi-automatic systems involve an operator loading or positioning the products before the sealing cycle.
Fully automatic systems can incorporate suitable feeding and grouping arrangements. The configuration depends on product shape, pack arrangement and required output.
