Frequently Asked Questions
1. Does automatic wrapping include automatic product loading?
Not necessarily. A machine may automatically wrap, seal and cut while products are loaded manually. Automatic sorting and loading equipment must be confirmed in the quotation.
2. Can one machine pack different products?
Selected machines can accommodate different products within their operating limits. Changeover requirements depend on product dimensions, feeding parts, film and sealing settings.
3. Do I need a shrink tunnel?
Standard pillow-style flow wrapping normally does not require one. POF shrink flow wrapping requires a compatible heat shrink tunnel and product assessment.
4. Can I use my existing packaging film?
Share the film structure, thickness, width and printed-film details. Compatibility must be confirmed for the selected machine and sealing system.
5. Can we arrange a product trial?
Product and film trials can be discussed in advance, subject to equipment and sample availability. Please confirm the machine and demonstration location before visiting.
