Example: Packing Fish Fillets for Retail
For a vacuum bag, place each portion into a compatible bag before vacuuming and sealing. For a vacuum skin pack, position the fillet on a compatible tray so the skin film can form around the product and bond to the tray surface.
Tell us whether the fillet is chilled or frozen when it enters the machine. Include the portion size, pack weight and any free liquid or sharp bones so we can assess the packaging materials and machine setup.
