Vertical Packaging Machine ( Four head & Multihead)

Brocano® supplies rotary vacuum premade pouch packing machines with multihead weighers in Malaysia for suitable solid food products. The system combines portion weighing, pouch filling, vacuum processing and heat sealing in an integrated packaging line.

The machine picks up and opens a premade pouch. The multihead weigher portions the product for filling, after which the filled pouch is transferred to a separate rotary vacuum system. Inside the vacuum chamber, air is extracted before the pouch is heat-sealed. The seal is then cooled, and the finished pack is discharged.

Sticky, wet, fragile or easily compressed products require assessment before machine selection. Vacuum suitability and product handling requirements should be checked using actual samples.
