Customised Sachet Top Design

This configuration focuses on the shape of the sachet’s top section. Send us your preferred packaging sample or pouch drawing so we can assess the outline, seal area, filling space and cutting requirements. Available shapes depend on the selected tooling and packaging material. Any tear notch or opening feature should be confirmed during configuration.

Depending on the filling arrangement, products that may be assessed include:

Let us know if the product is sticky, separates during storage or requires temperature control. Any mixing, heating or special feeding requirements must be assessed as part of the configuration.

Packaging Film & Sachet Format

The film must be compatible with the product and the machine’s sealing process. Pouch dimensions, top shape and filling quantity should be assessed together to provide sufficient filling space and a suitable seal area.

Changes to the sachet design may require different sealing or cutting tooling.
